The Fellowship for Indigenous Leadership raises its funds through financial contributions from a select consortium of individuals, Victorian businesses, philanthropic trusts and others. These funds are held and administered through a tax deductible fund established under the auspices of the Australian Communities Foundation (formerly the Melbourne Community Foundation).

The Fellowship for Indigenous Leadership is a sub-fund of the Australian Communities Foundation. You can make a tax deductible donation by cheque, money order or credit card to the Fellowship using our Donation Form.

The Fellowship offers far more than just the benefits of a tax deductible donation.

It is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in one of the most exciting leadership initiatives in Victoria.

Supporters are also invited to participate closely in the program by sharing resources, skills and contacts with the appointed Fellow. Supporters will also have some access to the appointed Fellow as a speaker or for staff development. This will provide opportunities to gain a broader understanding of Victoria's Indigenous community and create links vital to realising long-term progress in this area. Ongoing interaction is encouraged to strengthen the sustainability of the Fellowship.

Each Indigenous Leadership Fellow is responsible for a biannual presentation to the consortium to report on progress and to discuss future plans.
