Biography
Trevor Pearce was an emerging leader under the Fellowship for Indigenous Leadership in 2006-2007. Trevor is a Kamilario man from NSW and is the grandson of Herbert Groves a colleague of Sir Douglas Nicholls from the 1960's & 70's.

Trevor has extensive work history at local, state and national levels in Indigenous cultural heritage, arts administration, environmental protection, and child and family welfare sectors. He has been responsible for the development and implementation of Indigenous national policies and programs. He has worked in consultation with key stakeholders around the country in the major state and commonwealth departments and with key Aboriginal Land Council and organisations and Torres Strait Islander bodies.

Trevor was the initial Manager of the Mullum Mullum Indigenous Gathering Place (MMIGP), in Melbourne's eastern Metropolitan region. MMIGP is an organisation that focuses primarily on early intervention and community capacity building programs with Indigenous families, elders, men, women, youth and children by addressing issues around health and wellbeing and prevention. Trevor is now a consultant to various organisations.
