2008 Emerging Leaders

From a shortlist of six exceptional Indigenous Victorians, Lidia Thorpe from Gippsland and Roland Atkinson from Shepparton have been named as the 2008 Emerging Leaders as a part of the Fellowship for Indigenous Leadership program.

At a small luncheon, held at the Queen Victoria Women's Centre, Minister Richard Wynne made the announcement and provided both Lidia and Roland with their awards.
